    Abstract
    Advocates Home Health Care, a skilled nursing service provider out of Indianapolis, Indiana desires to grow as a business. Expansion into Vigo County, Indiana is one of the top considerations. The following is a business plan for review by Advocates Home Health Care to aid in the deliberation of forming a satellite office in Vigo County, Indiana. Included in the business plan is research on the population's need for Advocates skilled services, the impact of Advocates presence, the implementation process for opening a satellite office, a rolling forecast of expectations and methods for evaluation. For Advocates to show a profit, patient accumulation and retention must reach an average of 24 daily patients.
