    Abstract
Objective: To develop a road map for new market and organic growth opportunities as it relates to The Chef's Academy. A Decision Model that will offer the best practices for choosing future sites with the greatest probability for success. Problem: An accurate predictive model is essential to develop for the growth of the culinary division. The capital investment is 5 times that of a campus in the business and medical divisions. Without an effective model through which to determine the best opportunity for growth in competing markets, the chance for missed opportunities or significant losses greatly increase. No model exists for the new division and is a strategic priority as we look at 2010 expansion for TCA.
