    Abstract
    Ash-Ton Auctions is a full service auction company. The company can provide a customer with either an on-site auction or a place to consign items at the Tri-County Auction Barn. The auctioneers can also help with legal appraisals. Ron Ellis and Paul Ellis are licensed auctioneers and appraisers. The company is in business to provide great customer service to both buyers and sellers to experience great satisfaction at an auction while making a profit. The company needs to form a complete business plan to push the company into the future. The company needs to formulate an administrative plan and marketing plan to help the company to increase customers and profits. The following plan has been put together to furnish Ash-Ton Auctions with the ability to grow and prosper in the coming future. The plan looks at what the company consists of right now and how it can use the plan to move into the future and become a prosperous and competitive auction company.
