    Abstract
    The purpose of this research was to determine if the restaurant proposal under consideration by Bear Development is a viable business opportunity that can be strategically guided and address the 3 main concerns of the business which is can the lakeside project be built and operated in an environmentally safe manner while still serving the masses good food and drinks at affordable prices in an environment of superior hospitality and be financially sustainable and a capable of obtaining affordable capital. This research reveals strategic models and guidance of how this process would transpire and operate and discloses benchmarks and projections that will assist the development of this project into a potential future of success.
