    Abstract
Deepening our faith is a life long journey that involves distinct stages, and to move from one stage to another requires commitment, determination and perseverance. There is no quick way to deepen our life with God. Nothing magic happens. What will happen, however, is that knowledge of the stages of faith will help us recognize where we are on our spiritual journey, where we’ve been and where we are going. Like a road map, each stage acts as a guide to a deeper relationship with God. Therefore, knowledge of the stages of faith can be a channel to deeper Christian maturity.
