    Abstract
There are many parishes throughout the diocese that do not have a formal training programs for Eucharistic ministers for liturgy or for home visitation. There are many parishes that do not have Eucharistic minister programs at all. Yet many of these parishes today or in the future may have priests present only on Sundays. Therefore, larger as well as smaller parishes need continued Eucharistic education and training programs for this extraordinary ministry.
