    Abstract
In order to begin to build stronger community, I plan to start with three retreats, given on the basis of interests and age levels, and from each of them try to establish ongoing activity, whether it be working groups, scripture study groups, or social activities groups. These will be full day retreats, given on Saturday when even those who work difficult hours can usually make themselves available. Leadership that emerges in the retreat setting will be encouraged to participate in developing small communities.
