| dc.description.abstract | This pastoral project, “Spirituality in the Workplace in Catholic Healthcare: The Journey Ahead... A Lesson in Living the Mission,” will detail my work as a Mission leader with those PFS employees, their managers (my reflection team), Human Resources and the HR representative assigned to this situation, and the locally-based managers and staff of the Chicago-based financial services company (Accretive). Throughout the journey, we strived to live our mission: “continuing the healing ministry of Jesus.” Unfortunately, the PFS layoffs would become the beginning of a series of lay-offs and one of the most difficult times in Carondelet Health Network’s history. | en_US |
