Abstract
As we move forward together—learn how your library can move faster! Join fellow ILL community members and OCLC for a virtual session featuring three ILL professionals from Agnes Scott College, Augustana College, and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Hear how these fast lending libraries manage to respond to ILL requests in 2.9 hours on average. They'll explain how they achieve their fast turnaround times as well as share tips and best practice.
